RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Products purchased in the sinesilk.com online store may be returned or exchanged. The basis for recognition is the order number and the return of the product in its original packaging. Items cannot show signs of use. The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 working days.

Each package must be accompanied by a letter of withdrawal from the contract. It is necessary to provide the name and surname of the ordering party, order number, data for transferring the payment for the returned goods. The form is included in theregulations.
