DELIVERY
What is the time to process the order?
Orders placed for shipment on weekdays, within 48 hours from the moment of placing the order and posting the payment. An exception for marking the days before Christmas, as well as the sales period, where the order completion date, i.e. its result for shipment, may be extended to 3 working days with comments on the departure from the order.
What is the order delivery time?
The time that the carrier has to deliver the parcel is calculated only after the parcel is handed over to the courier (i.e. after the dispatch status), and not from the moment of placing the order.
Domestic shipments are transported up to 2 business days after the shipment is handed over to the courier, but usually the delivery takes place on the next business day.
Example:
- Domestic shipment sent on Tuesday is usually delivered for delivery on Wednesday or maximum on Thursday (i.e. on the second working day).
- Domestic shipment sent on Friday is usually delivered for delivery next week on Monday or maximum on Tuesday (i.e. on the second working day, not counting Saturday and Sunday).
Exceptions:
DPD – delivery possible up to 3 business days (usually 1-2 business days)
ORLEN parcel – delivery possible up to 4 working days.
Inpost – despite the fact that delivery usually takes place on the next business day, 1-3 business days are assumed.
International parcels – from 2 to 14 working days (usually less than 7 business days). Shipped by UPS or Polish Post.

PRODUCTS
What material are our products made of?
All products are made of 100% mulberry silk.
We have products with two different weaves of silk – satin silk and twill silk.
What is the difference between silk satin and silk twill?
Silk twill and silk satin are two different fabrics made of silk that differ in structure and appearance. Here are some differences between silk twill and silk satin:
- Structure: Silk twill has a distinctive structure of diagonal lines or patterns in the weave of the fabric. It creates clear diagonal lines on the surface. Silk satin, on the other hand, has a smooth, shiny surface without a clear pattern (the right side is shiny and slippery, and the left side is smooth, matte). This is achieved by a special weaving method that creates long, inseparable threads on the outside of the fabric.
- Appearance: Due to its structure, twill silk is more matte compared to silk satin, which has a shiny, shimmering effect. Silk twill also has a more visible structure.
- Properties: Silk twill is typically more durable and less crease-prone than satin silk. It also has better abrasion resistance and is more stain resistant. Satin silk, on the other hand, is usually more delicate (even flowing) and requires more delicate care.
Where does silk come from?
Silk originally comes from China, where silkworms were bred and silk was produced for many centuries. China is considered the home of silk and has a long history associated with the production and trade of this material.
The first mention of silk comes from ancient Chinese texts dating back to around 2700 BC. One of the oldest Chinese texts, the “Book of Songs” (Shijing), mentions silk. These texts reflect the importance of silk in Chinese culture at the time.
In ancient China, silk was traded both inside and outside the country. Silk was a luxury material and its production was closely guarded by the Chinese authorities. The silk trade contributed to the development of trade routes such as the Silk Road, which allowed the exchange of goods between China and other countries, including the countries of the Middle East and Europe.
Where are our products produced?
Scarves are produced in Poland and China. Most accessories are sewn in Poland from italian silk, some accessories are produced in China. All designs are made in Poland. They are mainly designed by the owner Agnieszka Saweczko, but also by Polish graphic designers.
Do we have products dedicated to children?
- Each scarf in size 53 x 53 cm is perfect for a child’s neck or head. The best example of this and the most faithful tester is the 2-year-old son of the brand owner. In the case of children, the qualities of silk are very important. Silk is thermoregulatory, has the ability to let air through, which makes it cool on hot days and warm on cold days. It ensures optimal air circulation and body temperature regulation. Silk is gentle on the skin and has hypoallergenic properties. It is friendly to people with sensitive skin and does not cause irritation or allergies. Silk has the ability to absorb moisture, making it comfortable to wear in wet conditions. Absorbs excess sweat, keeping the skin dry (ideal material for active children).
- Mini silk hair scrunchies are also perfect for delicate children’s hair. Thanks to them, the hair does not tangle, break or crush.
Do we have products suitable for oncology patients?
All silk products are ideal for the sensitive scalp of cancer patients.
Here are some potential benefits of silk for the scalp of cancer patients:
- Softness: Silk is soft and smooth to the touch, which can be pleasant for sensitive scalps. It can help to avoid irritation, friction or discomfort.
- Mildness: Silk is naturally hypoallergenic and non-allergenic. Therefore, it is less likely to cause allergic reactions or skin irritation in cancer patients.
- Breathability: Silk has air-permeable properties, which can help keep the scalp breathable and comfortable, especially when wearing a headdress.
- Temperature Regulation: Silk has the ability to regulate body temperature. It can help keep the scalp at the right temperature, especially during intensive treatment when the body may be more sensitive to temperature changes.
